They plan to capture us there and lead us to "The Colosseum" in that building "draining" is performed, thats why they didnt talk about the place.
Kripton does not run on its own. Its power comes mainly from blood, the zypherians are tired of giving up their own, so they started the project where they bait visitors here and drain their blood.
